This is JD6810 from MB 3D Modelling a little more animated/realistic:
tire suspensions
physics altered for particular taste (suspension, damping, real mass, etc)
diesel sounds (there are 3 sets of sounds dieselOld/dieselNew/standard to choose from vehicle.xml)
interior and IC sounds
doors/windows/front hydraulics/trailer attacher animated by IC/doorOpener
full lights in/ext
move camera, seat suspension, exhaust effects, proper tiretracks, hoses, etc.
For small objects like beacons you can use IC but for larger ones please visit the HardPoint workshop!
needed mods: HardPointExtension
multiplayer: not tested
