Mod will be located in the placeable menu, factories. The propane refill trigger is by the propane tanks. You will have to fill them before first use. Once you dump corn into Area 21, you will have to go to the dump bin side of the building by the garage doors and your factory menu will be able to be brought up. Make sure you look in the bottom left corn and you have a prompt to hit enter to activate the factory.
