Map of the real terrain of a Ukrainian village. 2×2 km. All basic mechanics (except for the train and the Biogas Plant, this is in the future).

The map is very unusual for most players. The fields are cheaper, but the grain and products are just as cheap (prices are the same as in reality in this place). At the easy level there is no equipment, but there is a house and an empty lot. A greenhouse in the yard for $500 will help you start surviving. Large plots are cheap, but without fields. First, clear them of bushes, debris and iron – then plow them up.
I’m ready to say that this is not Beta. The map meets all MY requirements, but edits will be necessary in the future.
