This is maybe one of many houses – cottages – garages etc: that I intend on making for placing within GE to try and make your maps unique, most of my models will and should have LOD’s to improve on performance, and this little cottage also has them, the LOD kicks in @ 120 clip and then this can be viewable from as far as 600 clip with improved performance.
This isn’t a pack and will as said create more at a later date.
