Silage signs with different attachment variants in 3m and 4m, including additional sign.
I had always bothered that when distributing and compacting the silage there was always a small pile left over at the end,
which I only got away by driving down from the silo, turning around and distributing it in the other direction. A side effect was that the silo became longer and longer as a result.
I wanted to do something about that and that’s how these Fliegl silage signs were created.
What is there to watch out for or what is different about it:
The small shield has a three-point and a euro mount that can be used without configuration.
It is intended for smaller businesses and silos where there is not so much space.
The large shield can move more material and therefore only has one receptacle for the wheel loader. (Telelader will probably be submitted in an update)
It is primarily intended for use in BGAs.
You should be careful with this sign in traffic, as it is about 4m wide!
Up to here everything was still standard and can also be used that way.
Innovation:
Small additional signs can now be attached to the back of the two silage signs, which means that the silage can now also be “pulled back”.
This means that you no longer have to constantly go down, turn around and back up, but can distribute and compact the entire silo in one direction, saving time.
In addition, the rear shield can be used to remove small bumps and holes in the silo.
When dismantled, the additional signs are on a pallet and can therefore be easily moved around.
To assemble this, drive the sign over the pallet (from which side you have to do this is marked with an “arrow” on the pallet)
Then just connect it.
So I wish you a lot of fun and good luck pushing silage.
