Things to note:
Swathable crops is not a basegame feature it will require a prepared map such as Edgewater, Saskatchewan and any other future maps that support it or the Swathing Addon.
The hired worker currently cannot be hired for swathing fields only grass. Hopefully this will be fixed in a game update.
